Dustin Ferguson’s “Nemesis 6” Is an Official Selection of the 2026 Indiewood Film Festival


Multi award-winning filmmaker Dustin Ferguson’s much anticipated film, “Nemesis 6,” is an official selection of the 2026 Indiewood Film Festival. The Sci-fi Thriller will Screen on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM in BLOCK

Visionary filmmaker Albert Pyun was the original creator of the beloved Nemesis franchise. Following Pyun’s passing, filmmaker Dustin Ferguson stepped into the director’s chair to continue the legacy of one of independent science fiction’s most
enduring franchises. “I’m honored and privileged to have carried the legacy that started in 1992 by Albert Pyun to the finish line,” said Ferguson.

Nemesis 6 serves as the concluding chapter in the cult sci-fi cyborg saga. The film reunites audiences with Alex Sinclair, portrayed by Sue Price, as she embarks on one last mission through time to prevent the Red Army Hammerheads from constructing a
new Nebula. Faced with impossible odds, Sinclair creates Alex Rain 2.0, played by Joe Sbar, the most advanced hybrid ever developed, to assist her in a final showdown set in the distant future.

Nemesis 6 features Sue Price (Nemesis 2-6), Joe Sbar (Deep Water), Eric Larsen (General Hospital), Dawna Lee Heising (Bad President, The Job), August Kyss (Onlyfangs), John Ozuna (The Matrix Resurrections), Guillaume Rivaud (Jitters), Ivy Smith (Attack of the 50-Foot Centerfold), Jennifer Moriarity (The Laundress), Breana Mitchell (Midnight 3), Julie Ann Ream (House on Haunted Hill), and many more.


Producers include Cynthia Curnan, Jamie Robert MacDougall, Timo Rose, Jeremy Settles, and Joseph Williamson. Meri Gyetvay created the special effects.

Award winning filmmaker Dustin Ferguson has made over 100 feature films, featuring legendary stars such as Academy Award nominee and three-time Golden Globe nominee Eric Roberts (Babylon), Best Actress Oscar nominee and Golden Globe winner Sally Kirkland (80 For Brady), Daniel Roebuck (The Fugitive), Bai Ling (The Crow), Vernon Wells (The Road Warrior), Butch Patrick (The Munsters), and Golden Globe nominee Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan), in one of his final films.
