Controversial Pre-Nup KCRW Segment with Attorneys Davari and Takesh-Hallin

Prominent entertainment attorney Nadia Davari guested on KCRW’s popular show “Press Play” with Madeleine Brand on September 2nd. She appeared with highly regarded family law attorney Fahi Takesh-Hallin, a partner at Harris Ginsberg, to discuss the always controversial subject of pre-nuptial agreements.

Both of these standouts from the legal world have diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences. Nadia’s undergrad degree was in Mollecular, Cell, Genetics and Developmental Biology from UCLA. She then went on to USC’s Gould School of Law for law school with an emphasis on entertainment law. Being and LA-based attorney, however, she has had much to say on this timely topic in light of many recent and high publicized celebrity divorces.

Davari has represented a number of companies including WR Films Entertainment, Je’Caryous Johnson Entertainment, Konwiser Brothers, Entertainment Treasures, Film Roman and Starz Entertainment.
She has practiced law as an associate with the law firms Rosen and Anderson and later with Barnes Morris.  Always on the pulse of law and entertainment, Davari is also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts.

Takesh-Hallin has been practicing exclusively family law since being admitted to the bar approximately 20 years ago. She was selected as a Southern California Rising Star for 2006 through 2009 by Los Angeles Magazine and a Super Lawyer for years 2010 through 2015, Super Lawyers edition, through peer nomination, and independent research and review process.

Takesh Hallin is also a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, given her extensive work and experience in international family law matters. Her B.A. was from University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa and her J.D. is from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was on the Deans Honor List.
