The Oscars 2016, product placement company, Madison & Mulholland featured a super-sized 20’’gift bag filled with all items for travel, beauty, fashion, and the home. Here’s a look at over 25 of the brands featured!
Some of the top A-list celebrities receiving Madison & Mulholland included Amy Schumer, Angelina Jolie, Melissa McCarthy, Cate Blanchett, Charlize Theron, Diane Lane, Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Lawrence, Scarlett Johansson, Julia Roberts, Rooney Mara, and Rachel McAdams.
Kate Hudson featured her new athletic line Fabletics including a gift card for industry goers. The inspiration behind the brand is reaching consumers that are active whether they’re running a marathon or running around town. The brand is all about offering great workout apparel at a more affordable price point.
A Red Carpet Favorite was the “Regal” vintage-inspired necklace by Madison & Mulholland, which retails for $250 perfect for a LBD or collared top!
Leather-maker, Laundi Vindi’s fine leather goods were also inside this years Oscars bag allowing industry goers a $500 gift card. Laundi Vindi boasts handpicked leathers known for their beauty and durability.
Yarnpop.com was also featured in this year’s products offering a beautiful tote to taking your knitting projects with you on the go!
Travel On featured a Cosmetic Travel Bag, Multipurpose Packing Cube, and 18’’ Wheeled carry-on. Travel On is known for their Anti-Theft bags,which are gaining notoriety in the travel industry.
Perpetual Shade Luxury Eye Masks provided travel eye masks that said “HATER BLOCKERS!” ($69)
Gig Headphones were another popular item in this years bag. I recently used the Gigs headphones on a flight back to New York and was amazed with the sound quality and durability.
Industry professionals were also treated to Tee Time Gold Cards valued at $5000 to be used at over seven thousand courses worldwide. Other great travel offers in this year’s bag included The Hotel Card offering $5000 in hotel bookings.
Other accessories included iPhone cases by Naw Jack, which features Corium designs along with BUCO bags featuring coin purses perfect for keys, credit cards, and of course lip gloss ($98)! Infinity headbands by Ambrosia Designs also featured a stunning rhinestone headband perfect for any age! Proceeds from all sales go to girls in foster organizations within South Florida.
Other charitable goods included Luxchilas Bags who support the women of the Wayuu Tribe of Colombia. The brand is known worldwide for their luxury “Wayuu Mochila” bag. The bright, geometrical design of Luxchilas brings life to any outfit.
RetroSpecs & Co. included their yellow Optyl frames from circa 1960-80s ($69). Retro Specs aim is to preserve the revolutionary designs of eyewear from the past.
An assortment of beauty products filled Madison & Mulholland’s Oscar bag from Sea Radiance who featured their gentle cleanser and rapid eye lift along with certificate for $100 towards lasers, botox, and fillers at Dr. Debra Jaliman’s clinic at 931 Fifth Ave, New York.
An Idaho favorite, Mirai, is a Japanese inspired product with natural healing powers (persimmon green tea extract, coconut oils, and others). The Mirai Clinical Body Care Collection included Purifying & Deodorizing Body Wash, Deodorizing Body Bar, Purifying & Deodorizing Spritzer ($94).
Le Metier De Beaute gifted anti-aging complex liquid foundation, a kaleidoscope of cheek color, Amelie crimson lip color, along with liquid eye liner ($300 value). Bliss included their ever-popular Fab Girl décolleté and bust soufflé.
Other health and beauty products included Zarabee’s Naturals Honey Cough Soothers, Cough & Throat Relief, and Immune Support Vitamin Drink Mix ($8).
Other novelty items included Susan Miller founder of Astrologyzone.com who featured wall and pocket planners/calendars with art by the renowned artist Izak Zenou.
Cholocation’s ($50) and Think Thin sweetened up the gift bag with Salted Carmels infused with protein powder.
Libations in this years bag were provided by Avon Silver Tequila ($50) and Powell & Mahoney Craft Cocktail mixers ($8).
For the home, Italian Luxury designer, Pratesi featured its ascetically pleasing pillows with fun and intricate designs. Parker Wool gifted its Longwool luxurious sheepskin cushions perfect for the home office or bedroom.
